Just so all of you know, the returns don't hurt Walmart at all. They back charge EVERY return to the supplier PLUS a return charge so they, along with every other retailer that has 100% satisfaction guarantee, actually make a buck on returns. All you are hurting is us manufacturers, the US or offshore ones. Yes, some of us still manufacture in the US (my company included).

Return something that is defective? We manufacturers take the hit.

Return something that you decided you don't like the color of after you got it? We manufacturers take the hit.

We no longer supply the big box stores. Too much grief and not enough profit so we dropped out and sold the portion of our business that sold directly into retail. Glad to be rid of it.
