My dad passed away last night due to kidney failure, brought on by diabetes and a history of kidney stones. He was 87.
He ended up beating the esophageal cancer that we thought would take him, and ended up living another 2 years. But his body gave out on him, and he passed quietly in his sleep at the hospital.
I am continuing my restoration of my camper, using dad's tools and the skills he taught me. R.I.P. Donald Archer Leete, 1926-2013

I lost my dad at the age of 42. I was 6.
All I got to keep were just a few memories.
May your dad rest in peace.

Why did they make, and why do they still make ice makers that make cubes in the shape of 1/3 of a circle? The worse **** ever. No matter how you shake the cup around, they turn sideways and conform to the shape of my cup and block flow of liquid! I'm thirsty, and this solid water is going to cause me to die of dehydration! I guess maybe square cups are the answer.

My 7m is built though, its not the 80's stock POS.
Pulled a 520 whp on the local dyno jet, so im guessing 460hp.
The 1jz has no ECU, but has a harness. My friend has two of them he keeps around for car skating blow ups.

**** AT&T. Not only do they have shitty services, but they suck as a company to their employees and prospective employees. They treat my mom, an employee of almost 20 years, like ****, and they fucked me out of a job. I took my time to go jump through all of their hoops, pass their tests, ect., just to be shot down because my "recruiter" couldn't be bothered to keep in contact with me for the 3 weeks since I passed my electrical test. I was only able to get her via email once, and I asked for her to set up my drug screen. After several weeks of playing phone and email tag, finally I get an email, a generic, automated email saying all vacant positions had been filled. This ******* bitch couldn't be bothered to do her job and get me set up for a drug screen, so now I'm fucked. Thanks you dirty *****!
Oh well. Such is my life. I fall into shitty jobs that I hate, and miss opportunities with good ones that I could probably keep as a long term career.

Become a mechanic, and experience true sadness; and also incredible joy. It can really suck dick though, if you have shitty customers.

Hopefully I'll be making $200 a week more, while doing less grunt work.
Have you considered the possibility that they filled the job with qualified candidates? Perhaps you were sent through the interview process to meet a quota, or as a "plan b".
