GM came up with a hilariously unpredictable computer-controlled carburetor which used EGO feedback to vary the mixture in a way which more or less exactly failed to either work properly or produce low emissions. And on and on...

Surprisingly, this is one area in which Germany's penchant for exotic solutions to simple problems actually produced the superior implementation. K-Jetronic came out in the early 70s, worked reliably, met emissions standards (Porsche continued to use it until 1994), made power, and was easy to service.

The Norse IPViking map is actually one of the tabs that the "big tv" here in our office cycles through, just for funsies. I shall add the DDoS map as well

Does the FM2 clutch kit use a beefier pilot bearing or is it OEM?

Yes & use it (throw out bearing) or you'll have a bad time

Can you also please ask if its a direct swap for the OEM one?

IE, can you use it with an OEM/ACT/FM/949/ClutchNet/Sachs clutch? It would be nice to have a 'heavy duty' replacement option that fits in the OEM envelope.

I don't think the pilot bearing is different, why would the pilot be different? But the throwout bearing should be different for the level2 setup.

The website shows a heavy duty large face TOB for the stage one, but they don't give you that anymore. I went round and round with those ********, asked for the heavy duty one and got the OEM one.

Oh, throw out bearing. Reading comprehension fail on my part

IIRC the pilot bearing on my old *** aluminum Racing Beat flywheel is slightly different than OEM so I just reused it.

Anyone got a good source for dash indicator lights?

For example a light with the headlights on on it.

Then another light with a fan on it for radiator fan.

Then another for say windshield wipers etc.

these but just a bulb with the sign on them.

Didn't the Catfish at SEMA have a row of cool-looking indicator lights? You might ask Cord where those came from.

Like these.
Looking at the few sources though definitely not gonna be spending 20 bucks an indicator light.
