Anybody got any experience with these? I've already got a Toyota Sequoia that we use as the family hauler. We need another 3kish 4x4 SUV for around town, beach, and general family hauling. They look pretty cool on paper with a factory rear locker and can stuff 35's stock. Looks like they come with a 3.5 V6. Wonder how reliable they are?

Not a 91, but my dad bought a 89 model new and put 250k on it with little troubles. It still runs. If the newer ones are anything the same, I say go for it.

Those and the Isuzu Troopers of that vintage seems to last forever. Have family and friends with both...and they're ******* roaches...they never die.

I think my father-in-laws has exceeded 400K miles. I borrowed it for a month once when my car was down and it functioned flawlessly besides a flimsy roof that "popped in" at exactly 70mph.

lol, yup they seem to be built pretty strong. Since my wife drives the Sequoia too I could only get away with a 3" lift and 33's. This 4x4 SUV will be my turd so it will get 35's, small lift, tube bumpers, winch, etc. I need a ugly beefy kid hauler.
