nickel 6UL's, or 15x7.5 bronze rota slipstreams?
the rotas are the same weight, similar price, bronze, and readily available.
I don't really want to drop money on wheels, just to spend another $200 to get the powder-coated bronze, so I was thinking get the nickel so I can have a set of bronze street wheels, silver track wheels.
Any thoughts?
do the 6ul's come mounted for that price?
I'm a bitch and can't decide...but I'm really tired of going to the track on street tires.

Even as much as you see the Slipstreams they just have a great "track wheel" look. I can't stand the 6UL's. They seem to ruin the decent look of every Miata they are on. Good call going bronze .

The slipstreams are alright but there are so many honda's in my area that have them that I decided no way. I bought nickel 6ULs. They'll be great.
If you're expecting to just buy some though, I'm pretty sure they're sold out with no plans for production soon.
I know he had a few sets left a few weeks ago though.

If they would have just made them more BBS style they would be so much better looking. The spokes start to close to the hub. Thats what ruins it for me. Its not really fair comparing anything to the sickest wheel ever made though

That's a good idea, IMO, in 15 x 8. I would ask Emilio if he has any of the black 15x8s left; I know they weren't selling too well for him. I'd also ask if he's going to make the 15x9s for the rear.
