I'm gonna hijack my own thread. My "new" T25 just showed up. It fits just like the other one. My inlet/outlet should be here tomorrow and the intake/hot-side piping should bolt right up.
I'm gonna have to tap two new holes in the compressor housing to mount my old wastegate actuator. The one that came on it is not compatible with the new clocked position of the housings.

The 300zx outlet was listed at $10 but the only one in the country that the guy could find was out of a dealer in Cali and it would be another $10 to ship it. The 300zx inlets aren't compatible.
I found a pair on sr20forum.com and offered $50 shipped on a "make offer" ad. I paid too much, but I wanted them shipped NOW. I'm headed away for two weeks next Monday and want to have it up and running this week. If they come tomorrow, depending on what time I get off of work, I might have it running late evening. We'll see.
