I used to drink a 2 liter of Mt Dew every day for like 2 years straight.

I still eat a pound of Skittles and Reese's Pieces every week.

Somehow I'm 6'0 170lbs. Metabolism rules.

Caffiene has never done much for me in terms of keeping me awake. It gives me the shakes and jitters from hell though.

How old are you? I said that too until I turned maybe 22, then my metabolism kicked me in the ***** and left. I used to eat 3x as much as your typical person, literally, and never gained weight. All through high school I was 5'10-6' and always around 135-140lbs. Last year I was up to 210 at 6', back down to 155lb since I quit eating like that.

I'm 26. I do go to the gym on weekdays so maybe that helps. I might blow up like my dad did in his 30s. But for now I got abs ;D

I'm tryin to get abs. They are there, they are just still shrouded in what little remains of my gut. Still need to get down to 145-150. I'm a small framed guy.

If you're 6-0, try building a bit of muscle. 6 foot, 150 is anorexic. At 145, you'll have abs like the residents of Auschwitz had abs.

Before I quit smoking, I used to drink coffee like a fiend. 60-80 oz. a day, a little less on weekends. All that caffeine caused my blood pressure to be way high, all the time.
