Actually, I just got a great idea. Know anybody who has a jellybean dish sitting on their desk? They're the right shape, the right color, and I'll bet the smaller feline ones are about the right size:

This is Jackson, his mom is a pure bred Pit Bull, dad is a pure bred cocker spaniel, he's 7 months old:

This was my puppy, Tiny. For purposes of scale, that red ring is 12 inches in diameter and he's laying down in front of my Mustang dyno. He stood 35 inches at the shoulder... nice yard dog, did a good job of keeping the riff-raff out of the yard.
