I bought an MS PNP and had it overnight shipped. It is already a day late. So I put a note on the door to have the front office sign for it and leave it there. The dick took it back to the post office and left a note that it can be picked up from 9-1:00 Sat. Well I work all weekend and my girl works 9-1:00 Sat. USPS sucks.
Oh the afm delete was supposed to be here on Sat. But hey, it is here today and that postal guy was smart enough to drop it at the front desk without a note!
I thought postal people were suposed to be smart with that hard test they take????? I sent my girl to light a fire on them. This always happens when you are at work and can't get off. Just as well she will light a mexican fire on them. Latina women are just hot.

It is a signature required package... that is how it works.
Attempt #1, nobody to sign, he leaves a note. You can either pick it up or sign the note. If you sign the note and leave it, the next day he collects the note and the following day returns with the package...
If it wasn't done this way, it would be impossible to pick up since it would be on the truck. I'm pretty sure it is only done this way since they don't have enough room in their mail truck for packages.

USPS Screwed me hard last year. I ordered a text book and the seller shipped it in a flat rate box. On a flat rate box you can't use tape to hold it closed.
The seller taped over just the corners to keep water out, they were open a little bit. It was really obvious the book was smaller than the box. When I shook the box I could feel the book move around inside.
The best part was how they were holding it for a week and NEVER tried contacting me or the seller. They didn't leave a note or anything. I called them and they said they didn't have the box. I almost filed a claim against the seller but he swore he sent it. I went down to the post office and told them to look harder, they found it. It was "misplaced"....I saw them pull it off a shelf right behind the front office.
They wanted an extra 30 cents because he used tape! It wasn't even holding it closed, just covering holes. Way to tell someone! Total PITA. Not to mention the mail people walk across my lawn leaving a dead path.

I think that may be a Cali thing. My brother lived in Long beach and he would never let us use UPS. But they work great here.
I haven't used Fed Ex much but they seem too be good.
I have to figure out how to get it today. I am going to get my money back. This is the first time they have screwed me. But they have made up for lost time and love.

UPS used to leave a note at my apartment lobby without even buzzing me...when I was home. Since my girlfriend has answered the door a couple times they now deliver that **** to my doorstep and never need a signature anymore, though they do always look disappointed when I answer the door in my underwear.

Yeah, I am currently having stuff sent to my house all the time (DIY in progress). My break down is as follows.
USPS: tracking never works, so I don't ever know when it will be here, but no other problems.
UPS: Never have issues.
Fedex: Always get here the day before the due date, I asked the last driver why that was so, and he said they have just always done that in case there is a hold up. Wouldn't be a problem, but my ATP Turbo box was signature required and it did not tell me that it was due for delivery I missed getting it a day early, all I got was a note.
DHL: ******* BAD ***! I bought some mandrel bends from ******* Washington state, and payed to send it the slowest way possible (no hurry to get it), and it shipped on a Monday at 10am, and was on my door in Florida Wednesday at 10am. It only to 2 ******* nights to ship it across the country diagonally!
