Default Anybody tried the eBay Wii remotes?

http://cgi.ebay.com/Nintendo-Wii-Remote-Nunchuck-Game-Controller-Skin-4-SET-/320523024532?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Video_Games_Accessori es&hash=item4aa0a93894

Has anyone tried these? I like the price but I don't want to blow $20 on a total POS.

How could you go wrong buying from the **** Hao Store? lol

Haven't heard of anyone trying them, but for $20, it'd be worth the gamble, IMO.

If they are anything like the deal extreme.com versions (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.14202) then they are mediocre, people are mostly complaining about stiff buttons. But what do you expect for $20?

When I bought my Wii I also purchased 4 remotes and two nunchucks. The Wii was used (the more hackable version) and didn't come with any controllers. I ended up paying more for the controllers than I did for the Wii <G>. Anyway, I bought all my controllers at Walmart and Game Stop. I think a set was around $50+ so $20 sounds like a good gamble. I'd try one set and then go back for more if it worked.

Hey, is the motion + just an attachment that hooks to the bottom of the regular wiimote? I haven't really been looking at that stuff but I see some people selling a small white box attachment on Ebay and calling it motion+

Yea it plugs into the bottom of the Wiimote, it's another sensor to help improve the accuracy of motion tracking.

That's kind of what I figured. I just wanted to see if anyone had any immediate experience, I tried Google and their store reviews but nobody mentioned any specific issues.

I'll order one and post what I find. If the buttons are stiff I don't really care, it's mostly just for Mario Kart and the occasional tennis match.

Yes. It clips where the nunchuck attaches and locks into place. We got one that came with Wii Sports Resort, and then bought a second. Both came with new rubber glove holder thingies.

I ordered one last week. I'll do a little write up once it shows up.
