Sold me a VVT head that he thought was good, turns out it was junk. I don't feel that this was intentional, but this is how it played out. If it was within the 45 day window from when I purchased it, I would pursue this further, unfortunately too much time has gone by.

Refer to mx03tb for real blame. I was in a tight spot and had to trade my perfectly running 300hp rb20 s13, to this guy b/c I need cash and he offered me $1000 plus all his miata stuff to part out. I did all I could to make sure these parts were in good condition.
