3 months after leaving feedback saying "as described, fast shipping, great communication" he then says that he cannot mount the radiator. The one time he called me regarding the transaction it was to tell me that godspeed was replacing it. A week later he tells me I have to give him his money back, plus paypal fees, while he still has the radiator that was he recieved, brand new, in box.

Here's an easy solution:
Return my money and I'll return your non-miata radiator... Do I need to post pictures?
Maybe you have a failing memory? Godspeed DID NOT say they would refund or replace, they said the distributor (who sold it to you initially) would contact me for a return. They never contacted me. So I offered to let you handle it. You did nothing.
