We had to deal with a pretty big shit show with USPS. Turbo took near 3 weeks to get there, and box arrived in poor condition. Some of the accessories I put in a baggie was lost... ended up refunding him part of they money. But thankfully he was very responsive so communication throughout was not an issue. Was reasonable and easy to work with the entire time. Thankfully the turbo did make it fine though.
