I negotiated purchase of a begi manifold the pics had a turbo and studs. I sent the paypal with the decription of what I was paying for as maifold in perfect condition with no broken studs.
He got me to pay a higher price because he said shipping as 50 dollars came in a flat rate box for 16.
I contacted him and did not here back for a 10 days guess he was on a wk trip he is in the army.
Well he will not pay for new studs did not even offer to send the the old ones just says they are not reusuable. Maybe but I was specific about wanting the studs in paypal payment.
So why not negative.
