Default Dyno day in Pa

Thought I'd let everyone know about a dyno day.

It's at Mcnews automotive in Dillsburg, Pa. I don't know how many people they can take or time/date, as that has yet to be determined. The pricing will most likely be $60 for two pulls without air/fuel. $70 for two with.

I will post the details when I get them but I figured I'd throw this up now to see if there is any interest.

Edit: I posted this below but so you don't have to scroll I'll post it here too. It's saturday the 20th, from 9am to 1pm

All of those are good. I heard there might be a race suv there (aka a CX-7).

The date is October 20th (saturday), from 9am to 1pm.

Mr. Carmel. If you have your turbo parts I can install them in like 2 minutes. I'm practically a pro

Do they have an AWD dyno? If not, then the cx7 stays in the parking lot.

Haha, I do have most of my parts. But I need to decide on a fake cat or test pipe and do some machine work on my exhaust manifold. I just need a free weekend…

Fake, or just no cat. You should be fine since most people won't bother to look under the car. What do you need done to it?

If by it you mean the manifold, FM was drilling out 10mm stud holes and drilled one or two a little crooked. So I got it cheap, bought some heli coil inserts and plan to redrill and fix it that way.

Not concerned - I know it will happen. If I have the link installed and tuned and still don't have the outlet I will definitely start getting on your case. It's for your own good anyway, you need to upgrade.

Is it a dynojet?

Cool. Gives me this weekend to get my electric problem sorted. If my car drives by then, I'll be there.

Thirdgen: I have a '99 Cali edition. can't find the connector for the 2nd O2 sensor. Do you know where it is?

It's a mustang dyno.

Stefanst, is the car drivable? We could try and fix it in the parking lot?

That's what I thought too. Couldn't find it. Will check again tonight. There's a suspicious wire going along the bell-housing that just doesn't look stock. Time to check from below.

Unfortunately the car is only tow-able at the moment. The 'engine' fuse is blown and i can't find the short. Car is half ripped apart trying to trace the stupid power distribution.

Stefan...I have a secondary O2 sensor simulator that is PNP if you're interested in it. I ran a voo-doo box with my stock ecu a while back, and I had no cats. It worked great.

Thirdgen: That simulator sounds very interesting. Let me sort out the problem - maybe even tonight - and I'll PM you.
