Not sure how well-received stuff like this is here, if it's encouraged or not, so if this is out of line just say so.

But I have to share.

Turned them ***** into racing slicks in 30 seconds. Put the shifter in 2nd and mash the gas.

No real build thread, I haven't begun building yet.

Pretty much stock with bolt ons and boost up. Just got myself some old discontinued Work wheels last month.

Random catback exhaust, cat still in place.
Boost at 16 psi
Mine's ECU
ARC airbox intake
GReddy intercooler





Big torque when it's on boost.

Nice burnout, but I'd be way more impressed with a speedometer vid showing how that thing gets up and goes.


I'm also interested in your mines ecu.
Friend of mine just got one for his mk3 supra (2jz swap, 30r, etc), but is completely clueless on how to tune it or where to get software for it. any ideas? he's basically begging me to tune it for him

That's one sweet Camry you've got there!

That thing is begging for moar turbo, moar injectors, and moar boost. Those motors are good for like 600whp right?

They have an EPROM but it's glued in, plus there's no software available for it. Mine's are the only ones that can do the ROM tuning, secretive bastards. Should be an authentication plate with a serial on it that you can email them and they'll tell you what they changed. Most Mine's ECUs are tuned for basic bolt ons, but the aussie Aristo guys run small singles on em just fine. GT30rs, GT35rs, etc.

GT30r is pretty small for a 2j, probably doesn't make much more power than the stock twins. Must spool nice though, and obviously way better reliability than sketchy ceramic wheel twins with hundreds of thousands of KMs on em.

EDIT: Here's a quick speedo vid. Would probably be low 13s at 108-110ish if I drag raced it. The auto tranny would give shitty 60fts so I don't think it would realistically crack into the 12s on the power the twins are making.
