In a way, I agree with you; however, scrutinizing a person's style and his execution of that style are distinctly different. In this instance, I see a car thrown together with little forethought and even less effort. This shows in the irregular offset of the wheels as well as the grill. I'm sure, with more pictures, this theme would be evident throughout the vehicle-- as well as its general maintenance.

He should have to let people who are potentially selling him a car know what he's done. Imagine seeing your once proud ride, or even not so proud ride brutalized in that manner..
