Sorry guys. I forgot to list the mods:
FM/Big Enchilida/GFBV/Enkies RPF1's/Falkes Azenis-215-45-16/Magic-Jic coilovers/Wilwood Big Brake Kit/ I had it de-tuned (I know, WOOSIE !!) to 224 WHP/194TQE @ Autowave in Huntington Beach, Ca. They have a mustang dyno. I am only running 9psi through the re-worked turbo. I get better mileage 28mpg. I drive it 100 miles a day in L.A. traffic. The original tune was 14psi at Church in Wilmiington (another Honda guy, like Autowave). I was not getting very good mileage and it had ALOT of cold start issues.
I have not tracked it yet. But I will in Dec at Fontana with SpeedVentures.
That is it for now.
Regards, pwcfan

*** just a quick update ***
All of the FM stuff as well as the Magic-JIC stuff was installed at Gearheads Garage, in Orange, Ca.

*** update #2 ***
I have set up a "gallery". I have put pics in there of our outing to AAA Speedway in May. Some pics of Cr.net cars as well.

Yep Lev......
We had a 5/1600 car for a few years. At 51 years old it was time to get out and do some 4 wheel riding !!! That car would beat me up during 4-6 hours of off-road racing. " The older I get the better I was " !!!!
We sold the car during the holidays last year. Now my son and I both have M's, after being Honda people for years.

Thanks for the post !

Hello Ben..........Yes, stock MSM. No internals done. However, I am in the process of building another MSM 1.8. I came across a blown motor in TX and had it shipped to me. We are in the process of having it built with the intent of putting it in my sons NA. We did not put "heavy duty" internals in it. So we will not run alot of boost. We have not figured that part out yet. The motor will be done in Sept.

Thanks for the inquiry
