Default Greetings from Camaro land

Hi my name is Waldo. I'm joining here because I can't stand the no nothing ****** on LS1 tech who either don't have the common courtesy or know how to give a fellow car guy a hand. So I figure what the hell, maybe some guys with go karts with weed wacker motors in them might be a little more helpful. I guess Mega Squirts aren't that common in the LS1/LT1 world, probably because they have 1500 to blow on a Fast DFI, yet I neither have the money to afford one, nor do I pay others to do my work for me. I currently have a few different cars, 01 GTP, 85 Camaro RS, 90 Irocz, and my new turd 95 Z28. I also like to do things the hard way. When some one says dont cut a roof off your car, well thats the first thing to go. What can I say T-Tops rock.
Anyways, I just added a MSII to my heads and cam LT1. Wow is all I can say. I feel a Office Space beat down aimed at the car to happen shortly. I really wish I would have found this site earlier. My grounds for the MSII might have been hooked up corectly from the get go, and my sensors might read right. Hell for that matter I wish I would have read the full Mega Manual, and stopped sniffing glue. Hopefully you guys can give me a little tuning insight before I pull anymore hair out of my already balding head.
Also any other go fast tricks you guys might have will be welcome as well. You know stickers, gauges, coffee can exhausts, flashing lights, and hair gel, or what ever you tunners are into. Its all good. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum buddy. Don't embarrass me you goofy bastard or I'll rewire your MS2 backwards when your sleeping.

Hugs and kisses!

Wow Lordrigamus you learned how to spell. Thank you for fixing my post for me. Now if only you magically fix that LC-1 that I just got that you so kindly shattered for me. I must add my friend that your closet homosexual side really shows in your above retort. Along with your taste in cars. I must add that your pink and purple crushed velvet interior really goes well with your driving attire of pink negligee, assless leather chaps, and silver wedgies. Hell I like you, you can come over to my house and **** my sister. ********

Can I, that's awesome, tell her I'll hook it up this weekend.

Don't worry, the LC1 is just slightly blemished, it might be ok.

I have to admit though, I do rock the assless chaps!

You'll have to try clubroadster for those tricks. This isn't a Fast and the Furious crowd.

Really, awwwwwww man I don't know if I belong here now. I mean if you guys cant help me hook up some flashy glittery things in my ride how am I ever going to impress the tail. I mean if my car doesn't sound like all obnoxious and doesn't run like **** then nobody will notice it. Guess I will have to return the sticker with the guy pointing his finger, for the side of my car. Damn and here I thought that sticker was like 50 horse power. You guys will have to teach me how to tune my POS so it will run 12's again. Lordfagomus told me MSII all the way. You will see gains, all I see are 14's. I dont know about you but 2 seconds slower, one huge pain in the ***, and one big cluster **** hardly seem worth a MSII. Or is it the 18 mpg over the 3 mpg that make it all the worth while. I dont know anymore. Oh and as Lordsuckalot may tell you I am a very sarcastic *******. Dont listen to his slander. Its just not true. LOL

Now since you have already taken the MS plunge we just need to convince you to actually buy a Miata and drop in an LS1 and call it a day.

You know I have always wanted a Miata, and if I didn't feel like my head was hitting the roof, and my legs doubled in half when sitting in one, I would consider it. It is one light car, and thats half the battle. I just feel way to cramped in the car. I've been in Lordrigamus's car plenty of times and I just don't get how some of you guys can fit into them.

Being 5foot 7inches make fitting in easy. Best benefit of being short and skinny is being able to fit into all sport cars. One of my good friends loves Camaros and he has the same issue as you. He is tall as **** so he hates riding in my car. He also hates it because it is faster then his Camaro.

Im 6' even, I just dont see it being very comfortable. I'm not saying that tall guys cant fit, I'm just saying that it cant be very comfortable. In my 90 irocz when we put the cage in it, NHRA rules state your head has to be two inches under the main hoop. With the cage touching my roof, my head still touches the roll cage. If I am going to have a hard time passing tech in that, my head touching the roof in a Miata may prove even more difficult.

im almost 6 foot and i fit quite nicely! there are plenty of things you can do so that you are more comfortable in a miata and sit lower inside the car.

I own one and I think my legs are too long for it, my head used to touch the top before I cut the rear seat supports out, and the seat is uncomfortable and unsupportive. My second gen RX7 was the same way. Why do I tolerate it? Because it is a cool car. Anytime anyone sees somebody in a Miata they say, "Damn! I wish I was that guy!" The dudes are all envious and the ladies get wet. Who could ask for more? And mine is still mostly stock. I'm actually thinking of getting one of those dope license plates for the front of my car that has a big dollar sign on it just so everyone will know I'm baller.

Get your wideband installed and get your tune squared away and you will improve power and mileage. Then you will be ready for http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SBC-C...item2c54242caf

I'm 6'3" and have the body of a baker's dream customer.
-at least I'm working on that part.

I don't mind a comfortable fit for a car, as long as I'm not uncomfortable. I fit in my NA fine and the only two gripes I really have are the door pull placement (can't fit my knee there because of the steering wheel - door pull space) and with the top up I have less visibility out of the rearview mirror because of my height/viewing angle.

But I don't find that my height is a real problem driving the car. The waistline reminds of why getting out of the car sucks though.
