PP can knock your account into the negative and effectively lock it, if I remember correctly.

I could make it so this thread is viewable by them, but I am hesitant to because of what all we have found. I think if Vehicular uses all the screen shots that he has provided it should work for paypal.

They can take 45 seconds and join the forum. Hopefully whoever is responsible for the dispute cares enough to read the notes I sent with my part of the dispute stuff and takes the time to read through all this.

They pulled the money before they sent me the email, I'm sure. It was gone when I logged in to handle my part of the dispute.

I wish you well if it comes to it but Shuiend is a nice guy and not exactly... ahem ...imposing in stature.

Damn....What a nightmare.

Vehicular, I hope it works out. My blood pressure would be through the roof if that happened to me. Stay on him, it will pay off.

Can this thread be moved to a public section, or can one of the mods send me a login that I can give to the Paypal employee that is looking over my case? Standridge is pushing the dispute and I want to make it as easy as possible for the Paypal employee to see everything he needs to see.

Just viewing this thread with its attendant documentation should make for an open and shut case.

So, paypal pulls the money but keeps it while things are in dispute. so you haven't lost out yet. Showing a receipt should help.

I know a few who would be down for a ride to Deal's Gap. Perhaps we will stop in Charlotte to visit Collin.

Good luck Chris!
