Default Anybody willing to look at my tune?

UPDATE: Tune and datalog are in post #4

Any of the experts want to look over my tune and tell me how bad it is and maybe a few pointers? Its a 92 1.6 with 8.5 to 1 wiseco's, manley rods running a .42/.48 T3 turbo.

I looked at both. You asked for help!, anybody?, how bad it is, and pointers. I don't know what you expect anyone here to do, read your mind, discover what you want to know or have, and then for us to act on that information?

Here's my pointer.

If you actually want help, you need to post all relevant information about your car, your setup, your motor, what MS you run, who made the tune and how the car runs/drives with it, etc, and be specific if you're having any issues and point them out in the log where they occur.

I gave up helping people that are too lazy to even ask for help properly.

I was hesitant to even reply, but was feeling generous for some reason.

Fair enough.

The car is a 92 1.6 rebuilt with 8.5 to 1 forged pistons and Manley rods. Its running a begi intake manifold, big fmic, 1000cc injectors, upgraded fuel pump and oil pump, .42/.48 t3 china turbo boost control is whatever the wastegate came set at. I'm running a MSPNP2, I started with the base map and got it running and idling decent, then spent about 5 hours total driving around using VE analyze . Sometimes during a long stoplight the idle will start bouncing. I just want to know if there is anything that jumps out you thats way off or anything else I should do before going on the dyno to dial in the tune. I'm also wondering how you feel about the spark table.

First thing that stood out to me was your injector dead time data. I bet that is wrong. Big values for it 1.6ms if I remember, and tiny VE values at idle both suggest it's off.

I searched here and other forums and found 1.6ms a few different times. I just read through the thread on here about plotting your injector dead time. I think I need to read it a few more times because I honestly didn't understand everything. I'm sure I will figure it out. Thanks for the advice!

If you know what injectors you have, you can just look up what the dead times are for those injectors. I run ID 1,300's and they publish data for them, so it's easy.

Mine are deatschwerks 1000cc injectors. I searched for dead times for that specific injector and found 1.6ms @ 13.2v.

Do you have pictures of your DW1000's? I ran DW1000's 5+ years ago and they were ******* garbage. I don't know if they updated to EV14's or not. I switched to ID1000's and they were so much better, that I will never use or recommend DW injectors again.

I have the box with the model # and i could snap a pic of the injector tops. Popping one out wouldn't be that much trouble I guess.
