Default DIYPNP, -99 1.8 NA (euro) | Battery charging malfunction

Hello,

So, i got the car running on DIYPNP today. After bit of fiddling it was idling smoothly and running good cruise rpm range. Even felt to have bit more punch in the low range rpm.
Drove it around for couple hours autotuning, including 4-5 engine restarts / stops when checking the data on laptop. So everything was working fine, and i decided to fit my JVC stereo back for the trip back home, i had unplugged it just to be sure.
After arriving home i tried to restart the car for last time, but the start motor didint respond to ignition. I checked the battery and let it sit for couple minutes, and it fired up. But it seemed to be running on really low juice, blinkers didint work when i had headlights turned on etc.

Now, my car is a -99 euro model 10AE, 1.8 stock engine. Running a GM IAT, and DIYPNP with sequential controller and voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is made by a electronics hobbyist, and seems to be working correctly. On bench it's giving out 0-14,4v and cutting to 0 when >14,4v is applied; and returning back to 0-14,4 when voltage is <14,5.

I recorded couple logs, and it seems that fitting the radio unit messed up with voltage charging. Third log is when with radio unit fitted, voltage charging stays at 6-7v. First runs ~11v, is that normal? And does the data in overall look normal..?

I removed the radio unit and the car stars off after sitting for couple minutes, but cannot be started right away after turning off.
Is the voltage regulator malfunctioning, or something else..?

All help appreciated.
