Did you guys do this with the following method?

Tune P first to get close to your target. A little overshoot is OK as long as it doesn't oscillate.

Then tune I to hold the target.

Then tune D to get rid of overshoot.

If it's too sensitive and you can't get rid of oscillation you might want to increase the overboost limit a little (assuming you're tuned that high for fuel/spark) and you might want to increase the control interval a bit. Both of these will have the effect of making the loop a little less sensitive.

Well we tried tuning again and it seems to be responding to what we are doing. It still oscillates like mad though, about 2 psi. Im thinking that i should move my vacuum source for the ebc. I have a sr20 t25 and it didn't have a barb on it for the wastegate source. So I ran it to the stock hole for cruise control. Im thinking that it is reacting too slow because of the pressure drop and causing an oscillation. So Im going to put a hose barb in the charge pipe before the intercooler as close to the turbo as possible and see what happens....
