Glad to have a MS Miata group on this board!
Just wanted to say that I appreciate everybody that is on here and glad to have others working their way through this MS deal. Makes the whole process so much easier. I would really like to see this as a viable option for Miata's, as I hate being captive to the 1000+ ECU crowd. Fun to make power on a shoestring.

Yes, it is nice, I'd say we're the best (only?) Miata-MS resource out there.
But concerning your instructions, you may want to read my thread on msefi.com.

I'd rather not have removed the transistors so I could still have all 3 LEDs functioning, as apparently it is not needed, contrary to natesully and kingofl33t's writeups, which were what I used when modding my board.

Just like Aussie Driver said, I'm sure in time we can come up with decent starter maps and settings for each model MX-5. Also step-by-step pictorial guides for doing MX-5 specific mods to the MS board (for the IAC, etc) which will help for those of us who aren't into electronics (or at least need more confidence!).
The thing I love about this forum is you won't get shot down and told to go buy a commercial EMS. If everyone did that how would any of us learn???
