Default IAT sensor in Intake Manifold

Hey everyone. Quick question, I did some searching but most people run their IAT sensor right before the throttle body or cold side of intercooler piping. I was wondering about mounting it in the intake manifold on the back side. This is a 1.6L to 1.8L jackson racing super charged motor swap using MSPNP. I attached a picture to show where I am thinking. It should remain cool, because it has minimal heated air flowing around the sensor cause that is a relatively cool spot (i.e. no heat producers, except engine block radiant heat), shielded from direct air flow from radiator etc.

Any feedback, negatives before I drill and tap this location would be great.

Thanks.

Intake manifold gets hot. It will heatsoak the sensor and wreak havoc with your hot restarts.

IAT sensors belong in intercooler endtanks as God intended.
