Hi there i need some advices pretty bad.

last summer i was using my 20$ laptop with megatune,tunerstudio and megalowviewer.did that for 4 years now.

i just got my laptop out and tunerstudio,megatune and megalog wont open.

i get a message saying

your system click appears to be wrong
this version of megalog requires your clock to be correct to operate
please correct your system clock.



now, let clarify, i'm not only french from the great white north, but i'm also desperatly horrible with computer.


i might be horribly noob, but i cant understand what i'm missing.
i downloaded all updated version of all programs, even updated java and restarted everything.
still nothing.

can anyone help me out?

Check the Windows date and time. They're probably massively wrong, like back in 1900 wrong (I don't remember what date Windows uses as the epoch). Fix that.

Your clock battery probably died of old age. Happens. You'll probably have to re-set the clock every time you shut down the laptop from now on.

most likely your bios battery is dead if it's an older computer. Do a search online for your laptop model number with "how to change bios battery" in the search field

you guys was right, my laptop is stuck in 1999 i have to set it manually each time i boot it.
