Ms ebc ????????
Well, my manual boost controller lost the nut, screw, spring and ball out of it.
So I guess it is time to hook the electric boost control up. I need to find out which solenoid Flying Miata uses. I have their solenoid off the link setup.
Any learned do's and don'ts?
BESIDES THE SEARCH BUTTON! Hahahaha
I found some old threads but info varies.

EBC works good for me with the GM solenoid.
About the only problem I have seen is the usual boost increases on cold mornings when using the open loop duty cycle table method. Tuning is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. I was tuning it just yesterday afternoon to raise the boost from 9 to 12-13 psi. It took about ten quick log runs over about 20 minutes and I had it dialed in.
I'll try closed loop eventually but since it is reportedly a PIA to tune, and open loop works, I am not strongly motivated.

I may pick a MBC up tomorrow. I want to play with EBC some. I like new toys. Lol
I'm going to the 1/8th mile again Sunday. I don't want craziness when the sun goes down and the temps drops. Last time the mbc fell apart. I hit the boost limiter at the start line.
I would prefer not to have any screw ups on the track. LOL
I hope I can get the clutch and everything straightened out.
