Default MS w/ Miata mods... Lights/no lights etc..
So I finished up the Miata specific tweaks to the MS3.0 board. Uploaded a fresh 029v msnsextra s19 file and hit X. Lights get all blinky and while Hyperterminal is still up I can log into MT and play with the stim and watches the pretty gauges move.
Unload MT, unload hyperterminal... unpower MS.. pull boot loader jumper.

Power up the MS... no lights on board, no connection to MT....

I know I've heard of no lights with the miata mods done.... but am I missing something?

it doesn't always load new code correctly. do it again?, and yes, no lights with board mods. i guess if it doesn't work you messed somehting up soldering right?

hey now! my solder work is good... ended up being 2 components that were bad .

I guess it could be a bad code reload. I'll try a few times and reconfirm later.

Unsure, I do my fair share of honda ecu soldering work... and haven't killed a component yet... so I'd suspect just random bad ones. Badluck..
