Default MSPNP and parallel install?

i knew when i first bought the car that once a year i would have to take it in to get inspected. swap in original injectors, make sure all O2 sensors are in place, and have original cat. drive around for a bit to get the ECU to go through its diaginotics and such

after seeing how some people who built thier own MS are running thiers parallel so they can pass OBD2 and stuff

is their anyway i can run the stock computer so i am OBD2 compliant, or should i just say screw it and just swap once a year?
