The atomization of the old nozzles was already great. These must be insane. Speedware will have all sizes in stock shortly.

These were actually custom built. Filter screen built in and no hose barb. Not that the Aquamist is a bad nozzle(its pretty damn *******) but I just wanted all to know that this is DO's own creation.

They use compression quick connects.
This is pretty cool, the longer i put off installing my kit the more cool stuff they produce.

The 2.5 bar controllers they have now mean that VW/Audi turbo car installs are a snap. Been doing those lately. Did a Gti 1.8t with a GT2871 who is running 22 psi on pump gas with great results.

I'm assuming they have a stock 2.5 bar sensor that you just tap the controller into? or is there something else that makes it easy?

Very cool nozzle. I assume that the numeric portion of the part number is the rated flow in GPH at, what 100 PSI?

Question about installation. In my setup, the nozzle is mounted in a section of 2.5" diameter pipe. Currently I'm using the old inside-mount nozzle, so this is not really a problem, I just tapped the pipe itself, ran the nozzle in, and installed the 90° adapter outside.

To mount this nozzle in a 2.5" pipe, would it be preferable for me to instead weld a 1/8"NPT bung onto the pipe, so that the nozzle has a flat surface to seat against? (Looking at that O-ring in particular).

Thats what I would do. You may be fine just threading it in the hole in the pipe from the outside but I like to use a bung whenever possible.

I like the new nozzels to. And joe i had the same type issues as you and a bung helped me seal alot better and made assembly disasembly alot easier and worry free.
