Latches $15, Speedo cable $25, tombstone $5, tail light $20. I'll most likely ship USPS as UPS has gotten ridiculous on costs lately. I wouldn't expect shipping to be more than $10.

Hey all:
My tach does not work. About a year and a half ago it quit. I was driving, minding my own business, and it started bouncing then quit altogether.
What i've replaced and hasn't fixed the issue:
ignitor (thing above right front tire that says "mitsubishi")
Coil pack (I found two used ones and hooked them up, still wont work.)
Dash assembly (changed that--same thing happens, no tach).
The car runs fine, and the tach gauge will jump like 3/4" when i turn the ignition on. Wen the car starts, the needle just sits there. I can rev and nothing happens. I checked the ground underneath the master cylinder and even relocated it out of a water ridden area. The other ground connected to the coil pack on the left rear side of the engine block is clean too. The under the brake pedal ground--I believe I checked that long ago and it was fine (i'll check it again..) but still nothing.
Now that the weather is up above freezing consistently around here in Virginia, I'd like to really figure out what the issue is, its really annoying not having a tach that works.
Is there a way I can hardwire a wire in from the tach (in the dash) directly into to coil pack or ignitor? I seemingly cannot figure out what the issue is. I'm sure its possible but will it work?
Thanks in advanced.
