Fs: All of my turbo stuff
Well im officially done all too soon with trying to turbo my car. I got my turbo in lastnight and blew it no more than 10 miles into the drive
Apparantly I had no oil pressure to the turbo and that took care of that.
So im selling off al the stuff I had for it and just staying NA. Hopefully, my engine isnt torched but ill find that out today. Anyway, here it goes:
CXR racing 25x12x3 intercooler kit with all pipes and silicone couplers/ t bolt clamps. New and unused (i only installed the turbo + oil lines and all that)
200 shipped
Blown sr20 t25 turbo. Spent 250 to have the damn thing rebuilt only for it to take a dump 10 miles into its first drive. I had the internal wastegate removed and welded the holes for use with my external wastegate.
80 shipped obo
Older FM exhaust mani. I had the egr hold welded shut and a flange for the Tial 38 mm wastegate welded on the proper way. 300 obo shipped
RC Engineering 440cc High Imp. injectors. Practically new and unused on my car with the harness already installed on them. 240 obo shipped
Tial 38 mm wastegate with 5 psi spring- 160 shipped
wastegate dump tube from ebay- 15 shipped
4 ft stainless steel braided oil feed return line - 20 shipped
ARC bov- paid 100 asking 70 shipped obo
ebay cxr racing mr2 intercooler- 50 shipped- paid 140
And thats it. Id like this stuff out of site and out of mind asap so please, take it off my hands.

itll fit the a/c. you have to move the drier over about 2 inches but it will work.
Pat, seriously, i need to get out of this whole turbo thing. I can really invest anymore time into this thing other than get it running proper. If I have to rebuild the engine, than the only money ill spend is on upgrading the pistons and possibly the rods if they are toast. otherwise, no more money on the car.

First and foremost you need to figure out what happened. You say the turbo wasn't getting oil. Why wasn't it? Did you hook the oil feed line up? Where did you hook it up? Was there some type of serious blockage? And when you say the turbo is "blown", what is wrong with it? Did it stop spinning, make a bad noise, have excess shaft play, or was it dumping oil out the turbine? I bet for 100 bucks you could turbo it. I'd hate to be as close as you are and then give up. Hell, it would be more work removing all the turbo stuff and putting it back to stock then it would to put another good turbo on there and fix the oiling issue if indeed there is one.
I still say think about it a few days before selling everything. Honestly I'm interested in the braided line feed, but you say you had oil feed problems, so I'm curious if it was this line!

And brian, a porsche, unless its a gt2, will always be a bad idea for me

Jared, I second all the advice Pat has offered. Take your time with it. Check everything out. Maybe it's not as serious as you think.
I'm really sorry. If I can be of any assistance let me know.

My turbo had oi from one end to the other when the IC tubings blew, and it made a strange noise. I shut it off and thought it was through.
I went out the next day, fixed the tube. No more noise and it works great. It hasn't leaked either.
Not to **** you off. just buy a used turbo for much of nothing out of a junk yard. $80 at u pull it. You have put a lot of time and effort in it.
Did something crazy happen like rod knock?
I was that mad with my car 2 days ago. Now, I'm ready to get on it again. I had to get away from it for a week.
Sometimes things happen. But that car is ready to scream. I doubt you blew your motor. And the turbo part is the easiest of the problems. It is all the things you are selling that ar expensive and hard to come buy.
Good Luck!
