[GI] 1.6t and 1.8 parts and festiva swap parts
MAKE OFFERS
ok im getting ready to drop in my bpt, so the b6t stuff needs to go, I bought a caprxr2 clip from the junkyard, before installing the motor i replace the water pump and added a goodyear time set up with new idler and tensioner. it has a brand new durlast gold starter. fuel rail has been modified for SS lines and an fittings have been welded to the fuel rail. clutch is original to motor, its actully held up good, its prolly because the festiva is so light, known issues, trans leaks, shifter linkage seal needs to replaced, i have new seal and will include, exhaust manifold has the typical hairline crack, no obvious leaks from the crack and can be welded if wanted. also theres an electrical issue where once the car is warmed up it wont rev between 2000-2500 rpm, im not sure if its a fuel issue or distributor issue.
what i can include
b6t motor
g25mr trans,
probe inter cooler
b6t g25mr mounts
magnafuel adjustable fuel regulator with lines to fuel rail(you will need to make lines coming off pump)
autometer large 1 5/8? electronic fuel pressure gauge, black face
autometer boost gauge (face dented)
all eletrical wirring
190 lbh inline pump
modified del sol radiator and fan
things you will need
jack shaft ( if i have 2 you can have 1 if not im keeping this one for my bpt)
bell housing bolts ( i dont have any for my bp)
altanator ( i may have a used stock one ill throw in but im keeping the new one)
blow off valve ( intake pipe is set up for a turbo xs)
im open to offers maybe trade, no i will not install this for you dont ask.
also gauge intrest on my holset hy35, i cut the wastege bracket off ( i was planning on running external) and im in the middle of polishing in. i will get some newer pictures tommarow

also have a DIS 4 if your not sure what this for baically COP systed with MSD, ive had this for a while its still brand new in the box, the box is a little beat up from moving stuff around but all the paper work and everything is there part baggie still sealed, i would like to get 425OBO shipped for this
The mid 1980s were the beginning of the end for distributors in regard to new cars. The Buick Grand Nationals started using coil pack technology while many other GM vehicles were using dual tower coil packs sometimes known as Waste Spark systems. When Ford moved to the 4.6L Modular engine in the ’96 Mustang, there were two coil packs with four towers each set up as a Waste Spark. Other common applications came from Mitsubishi and eventually Chrysler systems. MSD’s DIS Ignition Controls are designed for engines with coil pack, waste spark ignition systems. The DIS-2 has two channels, to fire two coil packs, while the DIS-4 is capable of firing up to four coil packs (or even four individual coils). Each Control delivers full power Capacitive Discharge sparks from idle through racing rpm. Below 3,000 rpm there is a
series of multiple sparks that last for up to 20° of crankshaft rotation to improve idle, starting and throttle response. The adjustable features of the DIS Ignitions have also been upgraded with rotary dials. These provide easier, and more precise adjustments of the overrev limiter and the holeshot rev limit. Also, there is now a step retard that can be wired directly to a nitrous system or switch for activation! For use on 6 or 8-cylinder engines with two, three or four coil packs

ok heres more stuff
mustang SVO garret ( i believe this a super 60?) .63 a/r has very minimal play, i actully think it was rebuilt, i have 2 other pieces that go with it but are not show 1 is the waste gate actuator and the other is the inlet adapter, i believe it missing one bolt for the actuator. i did polish it, would like 200+shipping, spins freely *MANIFOLD NOT INCLUDED*
heres pictures of the holset HY, i cut the wastegate bracket off, I will include the bracket and waset gate, the flapper still needs to be welded for external. i started to polsih, i will finish for an extra 25. and you will have to give me til next weekend to finish it. 360+shipping (add 25 to finish polishing, just needs detail work with dremel) no shaft play ans spins like a BB
custom delsol radiator, with relocated bottom end tank and fan, 140+ shipping. i need to keep the hose though.
probe intercooler with hoses 60+ shipping
plug and play BPT harness, computer and Y code VAF, the wirring harness was modified by Ryan323 one of the webmaster at clubprotege.com, he tool all the unnescary parts out, i believe he repined some stuff and addes the knock sensor and wirring. all set up ready to go, also incluse an addtile harnnes to run a secondary fuel pump 300+ shipping

Dibs on the '99 head if it isn't too potted up and not a casualty of a blasted thrust bearing. Can you send a couple pics my way? Is there a happy meal price if it included the SVO turbo? What manifold is that anyway? Thanks - Bryan
