WOW....WOW.... So lets recap. OP has a part forsale. Describes it the best he can. Travis says "I'll take it" and sends payment. OP ships wheel. Travis receives wheel and isnt happy with its condition (which is fine for you to be unhappy). Travis then proceeds to post in this thread that the OP is a scammer and he wants his money back or he's gonna file a claim with paypal. All while having never directly contacting the OP via PM or email. Op responds with "ship me the wheel and I will issue a refund" Travis cries little girl for while but does send the wheel back. OP receives the wheel and immediately issues a refund. Travis continues to cry like a little girl.
