NA8 94-95 Maruha freedom ECU
Hello guys,
I have for sale my Maruha Freedom ECu.
I decided to sell it just bacause of my lack of japaneese language knowledge....sadly, but I just want an english ECU now, with no need to using translator all the time...
So I would say this is best for someone who is experienced in ECU tuning, as the values are same and tables in japaneese or english... you just have to find what you want to tune...or someone who knows japaneese.
It is plug and play for early NA8 cars. If you are not sure what car you have and if this will fit, just look for your loom adapter. They are different for NA6, Early NA8 and late NA8, so pretty obvious...early NA8 have 2 connectors, one longer the other one shorter.
Including tuning cable with RS232 connector, as well as RS232 to USB.
I will send you all software needed. Can also provide my "translation" of main menu for tuning.
I´m asking 350$! shipped obo to US & Canada. I may ship to rest of the world if there will be interest, for not much extra if any.

I did real quick video showing the ECU is really working and starts on basemap for NA8 even on my car with 10.3:1 CR, exhintake cam swap, full exhaust, intake, and quite big everlap. My battery is dead (and it did not start on next try :-D) so ignore the fact it did not wanted to start just on turn of the key.
Also excuse my english, I´m not familiar with filming videos and talk in english to it.
As you can hear from the video, idle is real rough, super rich, etc... but the computer works just how it should, I´m just not the one to be able to tune it.
I made this video just to proof the ECU is fully working, it just needs the right tuner who have ability to tune this ECU and have japaneese language for windows at least ;-) I´m sure ocean from Chikara would do top work.
