Haha the shower is where we always do our deepest thinking...

Some people cut up the OEM ducting to make the intercooler fit, some people make their own ducting.It depends on the size of the intercooler. Either way I recommend that you have some sort of ducting. Emilio's cooling thread concludes that ducting can make or break a good cooling system.

Ah that makes sense. Mine is cracked in some places so I'll have to go back and look at it to see what I would probably be removing and I'll get back to you. I understand about the ducting, definitely want to maximize cooling.
