Psuedo Group Buy, 10000 MFD Caps for COP
First, PLEASE don't send me PMs. You can reply to the thread below. I'm not trying to be a dick, but I can't respond to the level of PMs I have now. They come in faster than I can reply and/or delete.
Unpleasantries aside, I purchased extra capacitors from digikey. They are 10000MFD hi temp 16V. As per JasonCBB's findings, these caps will negate Vdrop caused by high current ignition systems retro installed on the miata. One needed per car.
Best price I could find locally was $9 and change. The caps are only $1.75 each through digikey, but digikey also charges a $5 handling charge, $5 freight, and sales tax. Which makes ordering a single cap cost $11.75 + tax.
Will sell at $3.40/each. I have calculated this to be my break even point (factoring in paypal fees and a USPS stamp), such that all involved get a cap at $3.40.
My paypal is benberusch at bellsouth dot net. Send me $3.40 + your name and shipping address and just post in-thread if you're in. I'm expecting them to come in around Friday, so I can put them in the mailbox Saturday. *Applies to anywhere USPS will ship to with a standard stamp. So all 50 states and military APO.

Installation: Solder the short lead to the ground and the long lead to the +12V on the main power wires going to your ignition.
Probably a good mod to do with any FI miata, unless you have something like a TEC with its big *** coils.
