Greddy Oil Drain
Ive been searching andf I know there has to be an easy answer. I had noticed a small leak on my drain line to my Greddy. So I went to take it off the turbo since that is where it seemed to be leaking from. I figured I d get it off cut off a piece and re install with clamp. Well it looks like the plastic that was breaking off while I pried it off is meant to fit the turbo.
Long story short, Im just starting vacation and was hoping to do some driving. Is there a replacement hose I can just use from autozone or something. Heater hose work? What diameter? Thanks

heater hose is not very good. You need high temp silicone to be reliable and lasting. Best to just get a stainless line and tap your oil pan. The silicone hose I looked at was like $30 to get all the way to the other side of the engine. You can probably find it cheaper, but why not just do it right and tap the pan? It costs about the same amount if you don't need to buy tools. You can always borrow, though.

I used a 5/8 id heater hose made by gates. Napa guy said it was good stuff. Real bitch getting it on the turbo flange. I had to spit it some to get it started. No leaks and seems to be heading downhill like its supposed to Thanks for all the help
