Trany problems
Hello Miataturbo.net,
I have a 94' M edition and just put a new clutch on it. The car has only 105k miles and the trany is original. I have red line MT90 fresh in the trany as well. I upgraded from the stock clutch to a XTD stage 3 with a 6 puck, also I put on an 11 lb fly wheel. Everything works great and the clutch feels solid, im using super blue in the clutch. The problem I am having is it sticks in reverse, once in you have to just about punch it out of reverse to get it to neutral. Is this a common problem, or is that possibly something wrong with the clutch. I have bleed it twice, and adjusted the slave cylinder for maximum potential.
thanks for any timely advice.
Kris

When you dropped the transmission did you pull out the reverse light signal sender or did you just unplug the wires? If you pulled it out did you make sure to put the washer back in? Without the washer there getting into and out of reverse becomes very hard.
