Hi, i just finish my own diy roll bar in greece.
the pipe is 42,4mm˛ with 2,9mm˛ wall, how we seems?

in the middle bar, thanks the bone it is my nickname symbol

and the red is the second diy roll bar for my friend mk1,5 with 2560r with X desing

thanks for all the good words.
for the last past 1-2 months i've made some roll bars for some of my friends and we had no problems so far,it takes like 1 hour to install,doesn't get in the way of the center mirror and makes the frame quite stiff.
mx's with no other frame support what so ever have seen a great deal of improvement.
in the days to come i will upload some diy's i've made and a small presentation i have done when i was designing the roll bar via solidworks and how it reacts according to the braces that it has.

Looks good, but you may want to pad those bars. don't want to hit your head on metal ya know.
