I too have always been curious. Even without serious mods like a TQ or trans brake, how well does it handle extra power?

The only one that I personally know if is gludlow on m.net. He has an 01 auto with a FF supercharger. I rode in the car once. Shifts decent under boost. He's only running 6-8 psi though.

If it helps the miata trans (4 and 5sp) were used in the b2200 behind f blocks. I have heard (not seen) of f2t (2.2 turbo mx6 engine) with atx. Weakest part of those trucks was the 7.5" rear end not the trans, even when towing.

There's a guy in Greece I think with FI that seems like he rags on his autobox pretty hard. He's on the slushbox section of m.net.

Car or trans?

I have one if you want a trans.

Should have pretty much everything you need.

Trans from a 160K 96
torque converter
ATF lines to the radiator/cooler combo
automatic radiator
shifter and linkage
Misc parts not mentioned above-all in a box with the setup.

I think that I still have the two pedal setup.

I'll sell everything that I have for $300.

Just not sure how a stock auto box will handle leaving the line, full boost with slicks off the trans brake maybe id be better suited to a power glide?
