Torsen LSD Swap and Buildup
So, it's been awhile since I've been on here. But in conservation of time, I'll just say that I'm gonna try and be back on as time allows.
So, I finally found a Torsen locally and picked it up. I pulled the housing off it and blasted all the gunk off. Put a few coats of paint on it and am in the process of putting it back in. Going to be doing a few other lil' projects at the same time so I'll try and keep this updated.
Installing:
Torsen LSD w/ new Energy Suspension Bushings
ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid
Earl's Speed Bleeders
Misc. Painting:
LSD (obviously)
Rear Panel
Mirrors
Calipers

Here are a couple pics of the housing and carrier after sandblasting and a coat of primer.
And after a little paint..
And finally a little clear.
Here is open diff that I pulled out. And no, that's not paint.

Here are some pics of the rear panel/mirrors getting prepped for the base coat.
I filled in the holes left behind from the badge on the back so it needed some primer.
Finally got a few coats of base on.
