Now that I got my 96 with 01 wirking with the 01 sensors and triggers. I am ready to start dialing it in. however the base map that I have is REALLY rough.

anybody got a better starting point? a decently tuned 01 + VVT naturally aspirated map using stock injectors?

its a long shot, but thought I would ask.

Just set up the fast tune with wide windows and go drive. That will give you an idea of where the values need to be so you can hand do the cells that were missed. Then cut the windows in half and drive some more.

 

dont turn away a turbo map... if you're running the 3 bar map sensor, you'll just have a lot of headroom, but it will work fine.

 

your right. and I am running a GM 3bar maps sensor and GM IAT sensor.
