Not sure yet, we rushed to get it ready for this 30th anniversary MX5 Club show.

Hoping to have it on track in 2-3 weeks.

 

What's your hinge setup for the trunk/boot? I also have a lightyear fastback that I need to replace the external hinges it came with..

 

Its 99% a race car so we opted out of hinges. So it slips in against the body and then drops down at the back on to the fasteners.

Aluminium guides against the body and push button releases at the back edge. We tried push buttons at the front edge (the black circles) but angle, length etc. didn't work out.

 

It looks so good!

 

Maybe I missed out , where did the molded front bumper come from?

 

We modified a variation of one of these.

Printed the brake duct inlets and fibreglassed the rest.
