Default New Begi-S Downpipes

Was wondering if you had any pics of the inside of the mouth? Is there a diverter in there to keep the gases seperate?

Id also like to know if the new design has been dyno tested?

TIA

We have shipped about 5 of them. I doubt they have made it to a dyno yet. And yes, the two pipes are separate. I will see if I can find some photos.

What keeps the gasses separate before getting to the flange and what kind of gains would you expect to see with the new design?

We weld a baffle into the turbine housing to keep gases seperate. What kind of gains? Faster turbo spool. I would not expect a hp gain from one.

Need to take a die grinder to that flow impeding ****. The welds on the pipe, other than the ones on the flange, don't look backpurged.

I dont think they make those in house based on the quality between the first pipe posted and this one.

Not to mention that the top of the flange had to be grinded down so it wasn't in the way of the waste gate arm.

That looks like ****. Do they not look at this stuff before sending it out? I'd be embarrassed to sell that to someone.

All downpipes are made in house, just have different fabricators. I have read Justin the riot act for not cleaning the inside of the pipes. I also knocked myself upside the head for not catching it. They still work, just don't look as nice.

Stephanie,

Are the Begi-S downpipes made when ordered or do you have them in stock?
