I've been trying to get in touch with someone at Boundary Engineering to order an oil pump to ensure I'm ordering the best one for my application and have yet to hear back or get an answer to my email or for someone to pick up the phone. No complaining here just making sure they're still in business. Anyone know what's up?

 

im suprised, any time i asked travis a question he was right on top of it by the next day. I know this is his part time buisness so be patient and hopefully you will hear from him soon. I hope nothing is wrong, i need another oil pump and waiting for him to come out with some new innovative products (cops, intake)

Yea, I got an email back from travis on thursday or friday and he gave me his personal cell so I'll probably give hin a call and place my order someone next week. he had been out of town

Yea I'm around, just had some issues recently with medical things in my family. We always package the order as soon as its received, but I don't always receive calls on my business line.

I got in contact with Minime and got him sorted out.

A note is that currently we are shipping all pumps about 5 days out due to demand. As we go into January and February the orders will be increasing, and I will keep you guys up to date on lead times.
