Note for everyone: The 7443R LED light does not work with our cars. Bought the standard 7443 and all is fixed.

I struggled with that one, too. It had to be a "CK" style, whatever that means.

I hear that's frowned upon.

Gauge panel on the way. Thanks, ridetheclit.

Now I'm on the fence - use stock Bose with harness...or bypass and rewire. I'm a bit of an audio snob so I need to think about this.

Making slow progress, but getting somewhere. Picked up another full-time job detailing Irma insurance claim boats. Pays $$$ but I'm out of the house from 5:30am to 8pm now.

Cold as **** down here, too. Won't stop me from enjoying the car, though. Had a hardtop only for my last car, so this is kinda fun.

Had to remove the Singular ducts for Lars. I was lucky to get the stock fogs from Chili when he brought me the car. They cleaned up nicely and I installed some amber covers. I'll install the stock mudguards once the intercooler piping is situated.

Had a visit from the handsome Turbo Man of MT™ and he was super cool.

Parts are starting to roll in. Really need to focus on getting some of the old stuff sold. Keep an eye out in the FS section.

Alright....so my glass window on my top literally blew out, lmao. I could fit my hand between the seam and the glass. Decided to throw my hardtop on, but the roll bar in the car is not compliant...so...it's gotta go. It's close to fitting...like so close. It's an OEM top from a 1990 and I have the original strikers for it. Just gotta yank the bar and live with it for now. Fak. The fun part is going to be finding a bar that I can bolt in using the already drilled holes and being hardtop compliant...have any ideas?

In other news, my radio came in. Got the Bose harness because I'm lazy and had them wire it. For 100 bucks I can't complain. Even has blueteeth for my telephone.

Also got some of JDMasfuk grease for my windows. Finally diagnosed that problem after going through everything with a multimeter. Should be a good time.

Plans are now:
1) get a damn roof on my car...ffs
2)grease the windows and install new window switch
3)install radio and new gauge panel
4)install interfooler and get the car running on MS
5)pay Vlad
6)install MK turbo
7)have minor body work done and the car painted.

EDIT: GREAT NEWS! Just found out today that we are in fact getting the autocross club up and running again. There are maybe 15 of us, so it's a big deal getting everything organized. We got permission to use the same spots we used before the storm, too. Really excited for this.

I replaced the window bushings with a teflon version after I bought it. I greased them then. So the grease was new as of 2013. The driver side window was always slower than the passenger side. It always annoyed me.
