Default 1995 Miata Black and Boosted

So in building my NB for more track days I had a crisis of judgement and grabbed this AMAZING deal. Purchased off second owner, first owner kept it 1995-2017 and put 55k miles with zero sun damage on paint. Second owner grabbed it and put $26k in parts; took a job overseas and during selling it car started stalling on people. He dropped price massively. I snagged it and fixed this issue with crank angle sensor cable. Mod list! PS my NB is sold already to friend.

I'm being punished I swear. Go to swap Ohlin's over to the NA and the lower strut bolt on front passenger corner took 2 hours to remove. Bolt got seized in sleeve. Had to remove both control arms and put on bench. Grinded away the sleeve and finally removed the damn strut. I will be repairing and repainting control arms, installing HD bushings. Also picked up Harbor Freight cordless earthquake 1200 ft lb 1/2 impact to replace my 10 yr old Chicago electric 220 ft lb model. WOW Did fantastic on removing rusted bolts.

I bought the NB from a client of mine. It was 1 of 3 dedicated track cars he owned and funny enough he bought it from a guy in OK who started to turbo the NB and stopped. I moved to Dallas from Austin to help my gf at time (fiance now) go back full time for another masters degree. I decided it was best to not own a track car so I bought a C6 corvette and sold the track S2000 I had built. I made it 2 months in Dallas and suddenly my bank account looked to happy. I called up my client and that very same day he had decided to sell the NB. I spent the next year saving for a turbo/engineswap/somethingMOPOWA. This NA showed up on craigs and I ponced with what budget I had for a turbo kit alone. One of my best friends who originally got me into miata's after my 3rd S2000; I've convinced to buy my NB so he too can get addicted to track days.

tl:dr NB is sold to friend.

Sweet. How do you like the NA? A sorted NA is super fun and you get the retro vibes.

Nice score! Those all-season tires don't stand a chance.

I thought the NB was perfect. But low and behold a new fondness has developed for the brand. It has been a upgrade in every way I can think of.

2nd gear it squeals like crazy when going straight. Gonna be a fun Harris Hill Raceway track day I foresee in future.
