2k6 7 fiddy's build (lotsa pics)
Nice build thread
I say you ditch p/s whether you need to or not and follow the FM instructions for depowering your rack.
Also can you possibly take a picture of you car standing in front of it at about eye level. I am debating installing my 'turn signal intakes' and wanted to get a good idea of what it's going to look like.
Also nice find on the hard top, looks like it has the defroster also.

Thanks man! lol I'll try to get some pics tomorrow, gotta drill and tap my pan like I should have a week and a half ago. Gonna try to get the intercooler piped too. Hopefully I have the right bends and couplers.
Got my oil pan tapped today. Put the new drain line on. Started it up and it's all good, no leaks. Filled it up with coolant and changed the oil. Got some better pics of the valve cover and black top also. I'm gonna mess with my i/c piping here in a little while. Oh I ran into a little snag with my radiator. Anybody know the size of the drain plug that should be on a Koyo radiator?

Best one I could get FRT

Got an update. The hot side is done. I'm gonna get a different 2" 90 to come off the turbo because I don't like how lazy the bend is, but this is about what it should look like.

Finished the cold side yesterday and drove it for the first time intercooled. Felt nice, but I lost some boost with the i/c and piping. So I adjusted the waste gate today and I'm at 6psi. Cut a hole in my heat shield and put it back on too. It feels good and I'm pretty happy to be done with it for now(until MS) . I noticed the temps raise just a little bit at stop lights and it's not that hot today. I'm in South Florida and occasionally drive during the hot summer days. Am I being paranoid? Should I just get some water wetter? Does anyone run Engine Ice or anything similar to that? Anyway here's some "finished" pics after I cleaned it up a bit.

A little update on my car. I got a new manifold from ARTech and wrapped my downpipe. I put a 3" single exhaust on a little while ago too. The car sounds awesome. I need to fix my radiator neck (small leak) and install my AEM WB, then I'll be ready for MS.

I've been busy with other things, but I've been messing with the car a little bit in between. I pulled off my old fiberglass front bumper and found a stocker and some pretty straight fenders that I'm going to put on when I push a dent out of one side. I also test fitted my extractor hood and should be recieving my front lip today. I plan on finishing the body without paint, then getting MS, then focus on paint. This could change, but I think I'm set on going back to an all red car. Input? Here's some pics.

That's going to look so much better. Red's fine, but there's so many red NA's running around...sure you don't want to do something different while you have the opportunity?

I'm gonna find a stocker for the front. The car feels really good, but I'm gonna need more boost soon. Tax return = MS and WB.
