Here is what I ended up with for wiring so far. Had to go to dinner so didn't get the pumps swapped.
Grommet into the tank area.
12awg harness wrapped in sheathing. Spade terminals for the relay, ring terminals for the battery.
Hose clamps holding on the wiring. Might switch to zip ties if I need those hose clamps back at some point. I need some of the zip ties that you can stick in the holes.
Ground and F/P wire taken from the stock connector.
And here it is hooked up for testing with the stock pump. There is about a 1/16 of an inch of dirt covering the entire tank.

That regulator and the return will quiet down a bit once all the air works its way out of the system. It WILL take a while, mine took several days of driving before the under hood noises settled down.
Pump is always going to be stupid loud, just embrace it. Now program the fuel pump play the first 20-30 notes of "Oh! Susanna" or "Für Elise" on startup

I vote for playing "I Can't Drive 55" on the fuel pump. Gives you something to do while waiting for the points to expire off your license.

I run a 450 and a 255HP, and could not stand the noise. I ended up installing a lot (probably 20lbs) of sound deadening in that area behind the seats, now it's barely audible, much quiter than a single 255 was. But street car, so I don't mind the weight there to keep it quiet. PWM'ing looks sweet though, I need to look into that.

I can only test it at 78hz. Probably to slow. I am running it at 250hz while the enigine is running. But my exhaust is too loud to hear it anyways.

Bumped base pressure to 60psi. Spent about an hour tuning fuel from scratch. Fuel pressure sensor is cool, you can see pressure climb with boost, and move with DC some too.
Dyno on Sunday. Going to dial in fuel. And build a 180-190hp track tune.
